Planning a raid: line-up, bench and availability

How raid events work, how members mark availability, and why the same person cannot be signed on two characters.

Creating an event

A raid leader or helper creates an event on the team with a start and an end time. The event appears to everyone on the roster as soon as it is saved.

Availability

Members answer available, maybe or unavailable. The answers are visible while planning, so you can see who is realistic to count on before you place anyone.

Line-up and bench

From the planning board you place characters in the line-up or on the bench. Both are visible to the roster, so nobody has to ask whether they are in.

One person per event

A player can only be placed once in the same event, even across their own alts. The rule is enforced in the database, so a double placement is rejected with a clear message rather than quietly accepted.
