Your Account and Community Data

We use your email and authentication credentials to provide sign-in, account confirmation and password recovery. Your profile stores a unique username and optional alias, avatar and characters. Teams, applications, invitations, raid signups and notes support guild activities.

Username and character information appear in relevant community areas. Team staff can read applications and raid notes where authorised. Raid Leader proposals and founding-member details are available to the applicant and site staff. Please only list other people's character names or aliases with their permission.

Saved compositions are private unless you enable sharing. Public compositions and published articles can be read without an account. Forum posts, article votes and bookmarks are stored for their respective features.

Discord and Service Providers

Connecting Discord stores your Discord ID, username and avatar URL. We check server membership and rules acceptance to determine guild access. The bot synchronises roles, teams, raid events and signups with Discord. Linking is optional for public pages and Raid Composition, but required for guild access.

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Lovable provides the hosting/integration environment and authentication email integration. When configured, the Newsroom sends source news text to Lovable's AI gateway to prepare drafts for human review.

Your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, Discord avatars from Discord's CDN, and spell icons from Wowhead's image CDN. Those providers receive network information when their resources load. Provider locations, retention and contractual terms require confirmation by the site owner.

Browser Storage and Logs

Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, sidebar preference, dismissed introduction and statistics choice. Lovable's embedded preview also uses its authentication storage bridge. Security rate limits may use IP addresses or account IDs; audit records track administrative decisions.

Your Choices and Requests

You can edit your profile and characters and delete your saved compositions. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact TGT staff through Discord. Ask for a private conversation; do not post account details publicly.

You can permanently delete your own account from your account settings, which removes your sign-in, profile, characters, team memberships, raid history and avatar file. Forum posts stay up, credited to "Deleted user" instead of your name, so other people's replies aren't lost. If you are a raid leader, deleting your account also deletes any team you lead — for everyone on it, not just you — unless you hand raid leader to one of your helpers first from that team's management page. The owner account can't be self-deleted; ownership must be transferred first.

Player reporting is handled in Discord only. The site does not offer a marketing email subscription.
