Planning a raid: line-up, bench and availability
How raid events work, how members mark availability, and why the same person cannot be signed on two characters.
The two routes onto a roster, what team leaders see, and what happens after you are accepted.
Open the team page while signed in and send an application. You need guild access to apply. Write which character you plan to bring and what you are looking for: leaders read applications next to your profile.
Leaders and helpers can invite you directly. An invitation shows up on your page and is yours to accept or decline.
You appear on the private roster, you can answer availability on the team raids, and you can be placed in a line-up or on the bench.
You can step off a roster again, and a leader can remove a member. Your characters and profile stay with your account either way.
