How we publish: sources and review

Every article carries a source, provisional findings stay labelled, and no draft is published without a person approving it.

Sources first

Official announcements come first. Beta findings carry the build they were tested on and stay marked provisional until they are confirmed.

Collected drafts

The newsroom reads official Blizzard and Blue Post feeds and turns relevant items into drafts. A collected draft is never published on its own: it lands in the editorial desk with its source and a note about what is not yet confirmed.

Review before publication

A draft goes to review, and an owner or admin approves, requests changes, or publishes it. Editing an approved or published article removes the approval and sends it back to review.

Corrections

If something turns out to be wrong we correct the article and say so in the source and review block at the bottom of the page.
