What you get when you sign up

Creating an account takes a minute and unlocks your profile, the guild tools and, with guild access, teams and raids.

Creating the account

Use the sign-in page, pick email and password, and choose a username. Usernames are unique, so yours is yours alone. You confirm the address by email before the first sign-in.

Your profile

After signing in you get your own page: username, avatar, alias, main character, class, specialisation and preferred raid role. You can change your password there as well. Your avatar and username follow you across navigation, rosters, applications and raid planning.

Your characters

Alts belong to your account rather than to a single team, so you register a character once and it is available everywhere you are planned in.

Guild access

Applying to teams and joining raids requires guild access, which the owner or an admin grants. Without it you can still read everything public, keep a profile and register characters.

Roles

Member is the starting point. Raid leader lets you create and run teams, helper assists a specific team, and admin and owner manage members, roles and editorial work. Roles are stored separately from profiles and can only be changed by the owner or an admin.
